These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of FORCE and any purchases made through our website, social media platforms, or other official sales channels. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. General

FORCE provides apparel and related products for personal use. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

 

2. Product Information

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to photographic lighting or screen settings. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue items at any time.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of an error in pricing or product details, FORCE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Payments are accepted through secure methods, including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available). Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorization or verification.

 

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. FORCE may cancel or refuse any order in cases including but not limited to stock limitations, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation. Unverified orders may be cancelled without prior notice.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within [1–3 working days] and delivered within [3–10 business days] across India. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on location and logistics conditions.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. FORCE shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.

 

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to FORCE’s Return Policy. Customers may initiate a return request within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, as confirmed and updated by our delivery partner’s tracking system. The delivery date recorded by the logistics partner shall be considered final and binding for the purpose of determining the return window. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the returned product has been verified.

7. Return Verification

All returned products undergo a strict verification process. FORCE does not accept returns where the product received differs from the original item shipped. This includes, without limitation, cases involving incorrect items, replaced or tampered products, or items showing signs of use.

To support claims related to incorrect or damaged deliveries, customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video at the time of receipt. Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be accepted.

In the event of a rejected return, the product will be sent back to the customer. No refund or exchange will be issued for items that fail inspection. FORCE reserves the right to charge applicable shipping fees for re-dispatch.

All decisions made following the verification process shall be final.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on select orders. FORCE reserves the right to restrict or deny COD services to customers with a history of refused or unaccepted deliveries.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in limitations on future purchases.

9. Intellectual Property

All content associated with FORCE, including designs, logos, images, and text, is the property of FORCE and is protected under applicable laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

FORCE shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.

12. Fraud Prevention

FORCE reserves the right to take necessary action in cases of suspected fraud or misuse of services. This may include cancellation of orders, refusal of returns, restriction of payment methods, or denial of future access.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [coimbatore, Tamil Nadu].

14. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
