RETURN POLICY
a). What are the conditions of Return policy?
At Force, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your products under the following conditions:
- Return Period: Customers can return their products within 7 days after delivery. Please ensure the return process is initiated within this time frame.
- Original Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition without any damage, wear, or alterations. All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
b). How to apply for a Return?
- Visit Our Returns Page: Go to the returns page link to create a return or exchange request.

- Log in using either your email address or phone number.
- Verify your identity with the code sent to your respective email or phone number.

Create Return/Exchange Order:
- Follow the instructions to create a return or exchange order.
- Provide necessary details about the product and reason for return or exchange.
REFUND POLICY
a). Refund for Returns
Once we receive your order, we will initiate the refund. It takes 5-10 bank working days to reflect in your account.
b). Refund for Cancellation
If your cancellation request is processed, it takes 5-10 bank working days to reflect in your account.
c). How will I receive my refund?
We will send you the refund link within 48 hours of the day you hand over the product to the courier. Verify your mobile number using the link and choose how you'd like to redeem your refund. Once selected, the amount will be refunded within 24 hours.
d). Refund Process for Multiple Discounted Orders
- If multiple products were purchased with a discount and only one is kept, the discount will be disqualified.
- The kept product will be considered as a single purchase at its original price.
- The refund amount may be adjusted based on shipping modes and other charges.
Refund Amount = Total Value of Multiple Order - Original Price of Kept Product
e). Reverse Pick-Up Services
We offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of ₹35 will be deducted at the time of refund per order (not per item).
f). Return & Exchange Handling
Force will handle the return and exchange process. If reverse courier service is unavailable in your area, you must self-ship the product to:

a). Conditions

- Create return/exchange request with required details.

Refund link will be sent within 48 hours after courier handover. After verification and selection, refund will be processed within 24 hours.
d). Partial Return Policy
- If all products are returned, full collection value will be refunded.
- If partially returned, refund = Total Order Value – Original Value of Kept Product.

If Product B is returned:
Refund Value = 999 – 595 = ₹404
